Product Introduction

Ore Leaching filter bags are an efficient filtration solution designed for complex working conditions in the mineral processing industry. The filter bag is made of a double needle-punched structure. The inner material is thicker, which can provide a higher dirt holding capacity. The outer side is a dense needle-punched fiber, which can accurately filter and separate and intercept suspended particles, metal debris and chemical residues in the mineral processing process.

The material selected for Ore Leaching filter bags should have corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and be able to resist the erosion of strong acids and alkalis.

Product Parameters

Material Selection:

Polypropylene (PP) is acid and alkali resistant, high temperature resistant (94℃), and the precision covers 0.1-500 microns;

Polyester (PE) is suitable for high precision filtration at room temperature (1-300 micron);

PTFE is suitable for 260℃ ultra-high temperature working conditions and can resist strong corrosive liquids.

Filtration precision: 

Supporting customised filtration precision from coarse filtration (500 micron) to ultra-fine filtration (0.1 micron) to meet the needs of multiple scenarios such as pre-filtration of ore slurry and purification of chemical leach solution.

Specification and structure: 

Provide standard bag types from No.1 to No.5, and support customisation of super-large-capacity bags; provide hot-melt sealing or double-thread sewing process; optional galvanised iron or stainless steel ring for the ring mouth.

Performance index: 

dirt-holding capacity up to 10-15L, flow rate increased by more than 30%, stable opening rate to ensure continuous operation without clogging.

Product application

Pre-filtration of ore slurry: after crushing and grinding process, intercept large particles of ore residue to protect subsequent centrifuges, filter presses and other equipment from wear and tear.

Chemical leaching solution purification: filtering impurity particles in leaching solution in wet metallurgy, ensuring the purity of precious metals (such as gold, copper) extraction and reducing the waste of chemical reagents.

Tailings water treatment: efficiently separating suspended matter and heavy metal ions in tailings water, realising water recycling and meeting environmental emission standards.
